MS has officially asked SCOTUS to overturn #RoevWade after filing arguments in the case yesterday. We always knew that this was their goal and they aren’t even trying to hide it. If they are successful and #Roe falls, half of states in the country are poised to ban abortion.

Yesterday, a federal judge blocked an Arkansas law that would have banned nearly all abortions in the state. This law is blatantly unconstitutional and must be blocked permanently. #StopTheBans

BREAKING: A federal court has blocked Arkansas's abortion ban from going into effect while our lawsuit moves forward. The ban would have prohibited abortion in nearly every case, and imposed stiff criminal penalties on doctors for providing care.

This is a big win.
