I am forever grateful

To whom it may concern,

I’m sure you hear from women who tell you that they never thought they would find themselves in the situation they were in when faced with the choice of abortion. Now I can say I personally understand that because I was in complete shock when I found out I was pregnant. Trying to deal with the emotions and choices that come with abortion is enough to put a person under significant strain if there is no support available. Thankfully, that was not my story because I found NAF.

I would be remiss not to say thank you for providing me with prompt and very professional action once I reached out and made contact with your organization. The day of my procedure I found myself needing more assistance to cover the total cost. I was literally on the way to my appointment when I called, my call was returned within five minutes and I had the rest of the funding within 10 minutes. What a relief considering the stress we were already dealing with that day.

My heart is so very grateful for all of the services you provide, and you do it every day willingly in the face of danger and unrelenting scrutiny. I hope I speak for the many women who reach out every day to you in saying that what you provide is more than money and information, but love to us in what can be a dark time.

I was one of the lucky ones to have NAF and my boyfriend standing with me.  For women who do not have the support I have decided to begin to speak out on various FB pages about your organization and the help you offer. Many women do not even know you exist, so I am glad I have a direction to point them in.
