The National Abortion Hotline is the largest national, toll-free, multi-lingual Hotline for abortion information and financial assistance in the U.S. and Canada. We provide callers with accurate information, confidential consultation, options counseling, and information on providers of quality abortion care. We also provide case management services for patients and limited financial assistance to help people cover the cost of their care and travel-related expenses.
Every penny we raise for our patient assistance funds goes directly to patients who need assistance paying for their abortion care or who need help affording travel-related expenses to obtain their abortion care.

Use Where Patients Need It Most will help patients with their greatest need to make it possible for them to access abortion care. Donations to this fund will cover abortion care and travel costs, as needed. By donating to this fund, 100% of your gift will go to help patients access the safe, high-quality abortion care they want or need.
Patient Travel Support (Dr. Tiller Fund) specifically helps cover travel-related expenses for patients who need to travel to obtain their abortion care. This fund honors the legacy of long-time NAF member, Dr. George Tiller, who was murdered by an anti-abortion extremist in 2009. By donating to this fund, 100% of your gift will go to help patients with the travel support they need so they can obtain their abortion care.
The Rachel Falls Patient Assistance Fund helps patients obtain abortion care in states where Medicaid covers abortion care, but patients still need support. The fund honors the memory of former Hotline Director Rachel Falls. By donating to this fund, 100% of your gift will go to help people obtain their abortion care.
Hotline Operations Fund ensures our Hotline staff can continue to provide the information and assistance people need to access their abortion care. This fund supports professional development for Hotline staff, technology upgrades, and vital programming to continue improving the operations of the Hotline.
