CASS was founded with one goal in mind: to support the people and places that make safe, timely, compassionate care possible.

For many Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) sites in the United States, finding and keeping skilled staff is a challenge that can drain resources and cause significant gaps in access. Created and managed collaboratively by the National Abortion Federation and Planned Parenthood Federation of America, CASS seeks to minimize the impact of staffing shortages on people seeking SRH services by offering job seeker introductions and technical assistance services to SRH providing sites. CASS services are provided free of charge, and open to all SRH sites (including those that provide abortion) and individuals seeking employment opportunities within the SRH ecosystem.

Employers looking for additional staff or help with staffing issues should register with the project here.

CASS works with licensed (MD, DO, CNM, NP, PA, RN) and non-licensed clinic staff. If you are a job seeker looking for new or additional work in abortion care, please register here.
